John Tyler Biography
John Tyler was born in Virginia on March 29, 1790. No one knew much about his childhood, but it is known that he grew up on a plantation in Virginia. His mother died when he was only seven years old. When he was twelve years old, he went to the William and Mary Preparatory school.
