More than six hundred thousand lives were lost and these were accounted for. There were thousands of unaccounted deaths during the Revolutionary War period. Battle of Spotsylvania was bought on May 8-21, 1864
Battle of Antietam was fought in September 17, 1862
Battle of Wilderness was fought on May 5-7, 1864
